Here's what you need to know about our custom process:

Design fee: There is a $25 design fee for all custom orders. This fee is non-refundable, but it will be applied to your final order total.
Mock-up: Once we receive your design requirements, we will create a mock-up of your design. We will send you the mock-up for your approval before we begin production.
Production time: Custom orders typically take 7-10 days to process after mock-up approval. Please allow up to two weeks from payment until receipt.
Payment: We accept payment via Stripe or Square.
